The part I don’t like about TT is that no matter what they offer, the price just keeps going up every year. But anyways, ever since this was first in stores over a month ago it has said 5 free e-files, etc. I never saw anything about an extra $10 charges, but as others have said, using it for others would probably be illegal anyways. Doing yours and 3 other peoples returns would be like installing Windows on 4 different computers. I don’t think Microsoft and the law would be on your side. Granted, we all do some of this “illegal” stuff, but… It’s a good product though. I’ve always used it in the past, and I will again.

I have been an Intuit Beta tester previously for some of their other products, but this was my first beta expereience with TurboTax for 2008. Truly a rewarding effort with the Beta team with that group. The download of the final product went as smooth as silk and the intuitive walk through for entering data was the most comprehensive that I had ever experienced. While I know there have been some problems pricewise, but being informed that these have been corrected, I hope any other user will be as satified as I was with the programs’ use. Leonard Cravath

I didn’t use it yet. But I took an income tax course this last fall and this is the same general way that they compute your taxes for a couple hundred dollars. Turbo tax will be easy and save me money. I really can’t give a better ans. until I get my w2s and actually use it.

TurboTax Deluxe 2008 Federal & State asked all the right questions for me to efile both Federal & State income tax with out my having to place any phone calls or go to other sources to get information. I have stocks and bond that are bought and sold through out the year as well as foreign tax to pay on some of these. TurboTax let me go to all the forms needed with out any issues.
