I actually Returned the HP Mini 110 becasue it was very slow. I was not able to even watch youtube videos on it . I instead got a Acer aspire 15 inch laptop . Its not super fast but at least its a good backup laptop. it came with 7 and it worked great. BTW the Hp mini Came with Windows 7 and again it was slow

I havnt tried it yet but I did install win 7 Ult on more then 1 pc

I put the family pack on 2 machines only so far.
I might give the Ultimate a try as I have 3 more machines to upgrade.
Did they all activated with the same key?

Well for the Ult yea i used the same key and they all worked well . I wonder how many times I can do it untill it finally tells me to call them lol

Regardless I always back up my data before I install any os . I would also do aClean install rather then a upgrade
